The Ooni Karu 16 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven is the most powerful and versatile among Ooni’s pizza oven range. The Karu 16 is the first pizza oven to be “Recommended for Domestic Use” by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), the international authority on true Neapolitan pizza. Use your choice of wood, charcoal or gas* to fuel this meticulously engineered outdoor pizza oven. It can reach up to 950 °F (500 °C) in as little as 15 minutes, so you can make stone-baked, professional-quality 16-inch pizzas in as little as 60 seconds. The Karu 16 features advanced airflow engineering and a ceramic fiber-insulated stainless steel oven body, as well as a front-mounted digital thermometer. In addition to pizza, the versatile Karu 16 can also cook delicious seared meats, vegetables, breads and more.
