Frequently asked questions
What is the timber used?
Our Florenity range is made from FSC® 100% Eucalyptus wood.
What Maintenance will I need to do?
In order to maintain the appearance we recommend that you protect unpainted parts of the furniture as soon as it is assembled, and thereafter every three months, using a good quality sealant or protector. Please follow any treatment instructions carefully. The application of oils on woods that are not completely dry can lead to black spotting. Should this occur we will be unable to change the product. After the product has been used for a period of time or has dried out, it may be neccessary to tighten the screws. Use a torque wrench and a moderate torque.
What is the Florenity Guarantee?
On all timber products Norfolk Leisure offers a 1 year guarantee. We always advise that end users keep a proof of purchase when purchasing our furniture to avoid any delay in an event of a warranty claim.
Natural occurances in wood, known as checking and cracking , are caused by changes in the weather conditions such as rain and sun.
How should I clean my Florenity furniture?
Using a damp piece of cloth, thoroughly wipe the item clean. Repeat this action an adequate amount of times.
