Where can I buy Norfolk Leisure garden furniture?
We don’t sell direct to the public but you can buy through one of our stockists. Details can be found here – https://www.norfolkleisurelifestyle.com/stockists . Over the past 6 months demand for our products has been greater than we’ve ever experienced. As a result, many of the most popular ranges are out of stock and unavailable for the remainder of the season. We know that this may be disappointing. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on specific availability.
If you are local to us, you are welcome to visit our showroom to view products, we are open 10am till 4pm 7 days a week.
Why are there no prices on your website?
We don’t sell direct to the public but you can buy through one of our stockists.
I have sent you an email but not had a response
We have a large volume of emails and calls at the moment and doing our very best to answer them on a reduced workforce. Please ensure you provide us with as much information as possible in your initial email. Please bear with us. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
I’m expecting a delivery from Norfolk Leisure, when will It arrive?
Most deliveries are between 8am and 5pm and for larger items, Large items will delivered via our Haulage company and they will contact you to book the delivery in. We ask that you make sure you are at home to receive deliveries, our deliveries are curb side deliveries only and adhering to social distancing regulations. Norfolk Leisure and its carrier are not licenced or insured to setup furniture and dispose of rubbish.
I am looking for spare parts
Norfolk Leisure has most spare parts are avavilable, due to the unprecidented demand on the business parts deliveries are taking longer than necessary. We apologies for the inconvienence this may cause, but please reassured we will get these to you as quick as possible. If you need spare parts then please send the full details of the product, proof of purchase and exact parts you require to email@example.com
I have a fault with my Norfolk Leisure product
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address and telephone number, proof of purchase and images of the product and actual fualt (max 1MB per picture) and we will get back to you. Failure to supply this information will delay your claim. Please note, claims are for manufacturing faults only and don’t include mis-use or accidental damage. Our warranty applies to products in the UK only.
Do you offer an assembly service?
Please be aware that the majority of our products need assembly, Unfortunately we don’t offer an assembly service.
How do I care for my furniture?
You can find details on caring for your furniture on our FAQ pages https://www.norfolkleisurelifestyle.com/faq-s. We have a range of Life cleaners that can be purchased from our Garden Centres or online retailers.
Do you sell covers for you the future?
We have a range of covers for the life and Handpicked products, these are new for this year and there is limited availability. These can be purchased from our online retailers.
Do I need to register my new Norfolk Leisure or Life product?
No you don’t, if you keep your proof of purchase safe this will help for any future claims.
