Warranty Claim Process
If you need to make a warranty claim and purchased your goods through a retailer, please provide them with the following details to ensure a smooth resolution:
- Product code/name
- A clear description of the issue you’re experiencing
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice)
- An image of the full set and additional comprehensive images of the issue(s)
