Nick Anderson
Managing Director
Nick Anderson is the Managing Director and founder of Norfolk Leisure Lifestyle. His journey in the industry began directly after leaving school. In 1985, at the age of 22, he launched his first business, which focused on timber manufacturing. This early experience in the early 1980s—specifically manufacturing rustic garden furniture for pubs, hotels, and garden centers—laid the foundation for his deep understanding of the market. Building on his manufacturing expertise and growing knowledge, Nick launched Norfolk Leisure in June 1997. The company was founded with a clear mission: to curate and supply the highest quality outdoor products. Today, the company operates as a leading trade supplier. Nick has transformed a local operation into a nationwide authority
Debbie Waudby
Director
Debbie Waudby joined Norfolk Leisure in 1997, bringing a wealth of commercial expertise to the company. Originally trained as an accountant, Debbie spent her early career in various roles with Marks & Spencer, where she honed her skills in store management, warehousing, IT and nationwide distribution.
This background in world-class retail standards proved invaluable as Norfolk Leisure grew from a local supplier into a major national player. Since joining the team, Debbie has worked in every department of the business, giving her an unparalleled understanding of the entire business. Appointed as a Director in 2011, Debbie thrives on the collective effort of the Norfolk Leisure team—balancing product development with the management of long-standing business relationships.
